How do you like the blackstone? i just got one, i think the same version, but its still in the box. doing a week trip next week and was planning on only taking that and not my camp chef stove.

some videos said they had issues with the handle. have you had any problems?

so far, great - if youre going with a ton of people like I was that time - im sure theres better tools out there. Next weekend I'm offroad/tent camping with my daughter (and some jeep/bronco guys and their daughters, but everyone is responsible for their own food) and to just make some breakfast sandos and basic stuff for 2 people? its fantastic, and packs so small. Hard to beat for the $.
Sure if I had a crazy rig with the swing out table and propane tank and wanted to spend a lot for the jetboil base camp thing, that would be amazing, but for camping a few times a year and jsut wanting to elevate your cooking a little, its really hard to beat for $150, IMO.

glad to hear it. it will just be my wife and i with our dog. it was gifted to us on sunday so we had to quickly replan out meals for next week lol.

have you tried to boil water on it? im not sure if it would work or is a good idea. i heard its not a cast iron top so nothing metal should be used on top.
