I went to duggy's about 2 years ago the price was above market but in my case the work gave me no issues and i was willing to pay to have it done right. Communication however was all over the place, with different employees recommending different things, the service writer saying the most expensive option "Icon" was best the despite me saying it was destined for farm truck duty not any kind of serious off-roading, and the tech saying brands that aligned with my research were better for my use case. Especially interesting to me was the text communication, they text to let them know if there was other services i was considering to which i responded my interest in a arb bar and winch, not a cheap setup. to which i never got a response when i was looking for a alignment and to go up a tire size i sent them a message no response. Business must be great that they need not respond, so I shopped elsewhere or did it myself when i could. Stirring up old issues never works out well

Didn't wanna make a new thread and this isn't really a review for Google maps or yelp or whatever but went in for parking brake issues and oil change. Asked them up front if it could be done in a day and they said yes so I assumed they had the part in case it needed replacement (it did). They recommended Trans drain and fill as well and didn't mind that since I was going to get that done some day and an alignment which I was also going to do soon but they checked my parking brake last, which is a bit disappointing since that was my main concern.

Steep price and don't mind paying it but wish they focused on parking brake issue first before doing trans fluid drain and fill so I could do that when I do my next oil change (I usually do something else at oil changes).
