Ordered an Eibach pro truck 2r and Icon 1.5 aal. I currently have 285 70 17 on Methods with 0 offset. It has a coil spacer and nothing in the rear. Bought the truck used this way and it seems to have a good alignment. I was looking at the JBA's but was concerned with wheel back spacing. Should I also get new UCA's or risk it with the stock ones? Thanks.

UCA are highly recommended yes. I would also HIGHLY recommend ditching the coil spacers when installing the Eibach coilovers.

Random stuff. Oh! and converted to non ADD 4x4.
I’m on 35”s extended travel shocks and stock UCA and all it’s good. But every trucks happens to be a lil different. The manufacturers and sellers will tell you that is a must.

    and here are the facts.

With Accutune is the backspacing of the wheels a common problem? I have read that others have issues with the arms rubbing pn the tires. I guess that's why I'm hesitant on the JBA's. I just want a proper alignment and decent ride.

I'm not aware of anyone having an issue with their tire rubbing the AccuTune UCA.

Of course we havn't tested every single tire/wheel combo available, but the most common tire/wheel size we recommend has been: 285/70/17 tires with 17x9 wheel, 4.5” backspacing.

I'm almost positive my wheels are 17x8.5 at 0 offset. Would this be okay?

0 Offset on an 8.5" wide wheel is 4.25" and should be within an acceptable range!
