    @Kwikvette
    Center channel is way taller than i anticipated
    Could put it where the receiver is, and then if i took the receivers feet off it would fit on the level the ps3 is on. Feel like that would not be good for receiver air flow and puts center speaker really low

    If you're asking does it look like a personal pizza, yes definitely.

    If you can angle the center channel to aim at your ears towards your listening position, then great.

    If it can't be angled, the ideal spot is at ear level.

    Why not hang the tv on the wall?

    Mounting the tv definitely seems like the answer, just don’t love fucking with that in rentals
    Center is too tight on that shelf to angle it

    I think I’ll set it up as it sits, leaving enough wire to move stuff around later

    I meant, sometimes center channels can be placed upside down as one end is slanted to allow an angled placement whether the center is placed on top of a large entertainment setup or below.

    I got from Moscow to the Wenatchee NF in under 4 hours, shaving 20 minutes off the ETA - I don’t see any cops on the way over. Maybe I got lucky.

    Get some skinny speakers stands and pull the couch slightly away from the wall

    You won't need them aimed towards you; aim them towards the opposing wall (the tv)

    On the stands, or even as they are, should they fire at like 45 or 90 right at your ear

    Maybe build/buy a shelf or riser for the TV?
