If I had blue balls I'd probably take a break also.

My eldest daughter remembers "When Dad had blue balls." When the advice is given to relax and take it easy after that office visit, apply ice packs as needed, and have some bandages handy, I don't think the doc expected my next stop would be waiting in the car for an hour while the wife went in "to get those" and more... or spend the drive from Anchorage to Glennallen with my knees up against the dash since the rear hatch of the wagon was frozen shut after a pressure wash at 20 degrees the previous day. Freight had to be loaded from the side doors over two car seats to reach the back. The break in Glennallen with ice packs was sorely needed. At the time, it was a February 14th gift my wife desired

I'm skeptical as well, but that's what the local meteorologists and the open, newly emptied trash barrel indicated. Seeing shots of Boston on the news last night flashing similar numbers. Weather is taking a toll.

Finished installing the front turn signal bulbs and side marker bulbs from VLEDS engineered and built in Bellingham, WA. The VLR6 resistors with Duo-Tap connectors work well, mounted on clean steel close to the headlight fixtures. Several years ago, I asked about installing the Micro Evolution headlight bulbs, which have been replaced by more evolved units, and was told to go ahead and use them since they're covered by a 3-year warranty after installation. I might wait until the H4 bulbs burn out... Yesterday, I called the Spokane Valley Yamaha outboard dealer as we've been waiting more than 3 months for the 2.5 hp outboard that they'd paid for to show up. "It's unavailable from our supplier." Today I ordered and paid for one from a dealer in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin via eBay (5 in stock). He messaged me immediately to ask if I'd be able to wait one week, as they were out of inventory. Yes! I've been waiting three months, so what's one or two more weeks?
Sorry, no pics because the PC doesn't like to connect with the Samsung a10e... Great video clip of the first VLEDS amber 3157-50 turn signal flashing, though.
The 4-ton all-in-one CAT jack/stand with 22" maximum lift ($150 at Northern, factory shipped weight 27 lbs.) looks great, safer than a Hi-Lift (mechanical) farm jack. No wheels, but the 12x12 flat plate base would lend itself to being used on a base of timber blocks (say a pair of 6x6s). I may just paint it a different color... Overspray with silver as an undercoat for John Deere Green? High heat warnings tomorrow to Monday evening, dry and breezy. :hattip:

Two hours later... copied to a folder on PC from Samsung a10e. Hooray! First three photos show the (194) side marker light, the latter three show the front turn signal (with the VLR6 resistor hidden). It can be done without removing the headlights. Tight quarters, and as long as I was degreasing the metal with rubbing alcohol to mount the resistors, cleaning O-rings and other areas around the lights was done with paper towel and alcohol, too.
