So I just talked to a local shop to have my lift installed and informed them of my setup; bilstein 6112 w/bilstein UCA, wheelers progressive 1.5" AAL with 5100 in rear.

They told me they would probably need to set the 6112's at max setting to match the rear height. This seems like its maybe too much based on what ive read and will ride harsh.

The 6112s I have are the 11 notch and not 6 or 7 notch from the previous generation so im having issue finding any real setting recommendations for my setup. Anyone have any advise based on their setup.

The clip setting does nothing but change the ride height- when loaded, the coil spring will be the same length regardless of which clip it is set to.

The only change is the amount of travel the shock will allow before bottoming out or reaching max extension.
