I still have take the peptides, had to get some surgery on my parotid gland which delayed me starting them and is keeping me from training for a few weeks.

I’m diving deep into top half guard with Gordon Ryan on BJJ fanatics while I’m off the mats. I want to be a half guard passing machine when I get back!

I did my peptide math and want to use 250 micrograms of peptides per dose (based on the body weight of my lab rat that is just under 170 pounds), which means there are 40 doses per vial. I will reconstitute with 4 ml of reconstitution solution. This means each dose is .1 ml.

eta: here’s a awesome peptide calculator that includes a pic of what the syringe should look like when filled with the correct doseage:

yes indeed! I’m not going though, the seminar is $400 (both sessions) and I have probably 10 Gordon Ryan instructionals on BJJ Fanatics. I love Gordon (even his politics!) but I’m not paying $400 to get my pic taken with him. He does a great job of teaching his game on video. Every technique he knows he has shared on video.

Finally got my first peptide injection done (in my lab rat of course). If you look for videos on how to inject insulin it’s pretty much that. Doesn’t hurt at all, the needle is super small.
