Walter take it easy in this hot and humid weather and keep yourself hydrated . This is what I was doing to myself and what damaged my kidney's. According to my Urologist at the VA told me to drink 8-10 oz water / Gatorade every 20 minutes

Sorry the depression is running hard, Paul. It sucks that family isn't being more supportive, that only makes things worse. Need someone to go over there and slap them upside the head?

Yes, please! I don’t think it’ll do any good in the long run, they’re set in their way.

    Don't drink the commercial chit.
Make your own, I do, it's not difficult.
Quality salt, Redmond's my go to.
    A potassium pill dissolves easy.
Flavor, lemon or whatever. NO sugar.
Some cayenne powder if ya like .

Thanks for the advice, Chuck. I personally like the "Electrolyte" brand stuff, it tastes just like Pedialyte. I've ordered from LMNT to give that a try.

I like the Gatorade Electrolyte and get the powder packets . I mix the powder packets into two aluminum sports bottles and it keeps me hydrated

well, at least they finally have a suspect
this murder happened 4 years ago. several times over the years the news puts out a story about the police dont have any leads, need the public's help with tips. nothing for four freakin years.
and now this week they announce that they have arrested a suspect out of the blue.
and, oh yeah, by the way, we found this guys cell phone on the property the morning of the murder and have had it and a DNA sample just sitting around but never bothered to test the DNA until just now.
    four. years.
i know there are backlogs of cases but i think finding a murder suspect should have maybe been bumped up the priority list a notch or 500.

In case you live under a rock… north rim of the Grand Canyon was devastated by fire this week.
All humans and mules are safe. 85+% of the structures are lost, including the main Lodge, fire station, water/waste water treatment plants, maintenance buildings and all vehicles with goes with that (snow plows, trucks, SxS, tools, bobcats, etc)
All the historic cabins on the rim are gone.

I have 3 coworkers who lost everything, including their trade tools. If you care to help out, I can share my Venmo or PayPal info.
