Thank you in advance for the help. I’ve got a 2012 TRD that I have been having AC issues with. I originally replaced the blower motor resistor as it was only blowing on high, and sometimes wouldn’t blow at all. After replacing it, it seemed to work fine but then went out completely about 2 months later. At this point I’m not sure what to do besides replacing fuses (they are ordered) after watching a great YT video for help: https://youtu.be/YiEfuKIGz6k?si=SlcnpFcNLy0Hzkjj

after popping the hood and checking fuses, I went over to check the coolant level and saw this on the line… not sure what it is or if anyone has run into this issue before. I’m hoping to be able to avoid the mechanic, but not sure what to do at this point.

Get you a test light and see what your missing at the blower.

Looks like it froze up, most likely because the blower isn't running although the Evaporator Thermistor should sense it and the A/C Amplifier should turn off the compressor.

Did you check the pigtail connection at the resistor?

You need to test things. You could have a blown blower motor, doesn’t matter that you replaced something else two months ago

Or that resistor could have died, where did you get it? Aftermarket resistors don’t have a great rep
