    Man, I absolutely hate the dumbass staff that call themselves 'Medical Billing & Coding' because the majority are fresh out of some low-budget vocational school.

    We've been delayed over an entire week for an iron supplement for Theo, not because it wasn't submitted, but because it keeps getting submitted incorrectly in a manner that insurance doesn't recognize it (and won't authorize it).

    We had the issue occur last year, and finally got it done right so here I'm advising them to submit it as 'previous authorization'.

    Here's to hoping I can pick it up today if it was done correctly:fingerscrossed:

    You've done the drive up 395 leaving Victorville heading towards Mammoth and Tahoe right? The little town of Red bluff/Johannesburg remind me of the horror movies The hills have eyes and House of wax. If that doll was real skin it would 100% have come from there.

    @Tour991
    @Sperrunner

    Either you 2 need a soundbar setup?

    Works perfectly fine, just going to switch to those speakers and sub I recently picked up from marketplace

    20250714_113023.jpg

    Might end up looking to trade the sub for a smaller 8" sealed setup :rofl:

    Yeah it's great for the garage where I've had it all this time

    Bluetooth especially so you're not running cables all over the place

    Oh yeah, several times. That couple hour stretch between Mojave and Lone Pine is one stretch of desert I would not ever want to be stranded in

    The speaker purchase? Naw, I'm always on the lookout for a ridiculous sale like that one I found

    Come to find out the owner went on to assisted living so it was his family that was getting rid of a bunch of stuff

    But that Peachtree Nova I bought on Ebay? Yeah that one's definitely your fault since you got me talking audio :rofl:

    The sub I mention getting rid of it because the small bookshelves will sound nice with 80w of high-current amplification.

    That and the sub is 12" and ported so it won't blend in well with the 5 1/2" drivers in the bookshelf speakers.

    A sealed 8" or 10" would be perfect as it'll just be used for music.

    haha Rebecca will have her studio's handyman come out and do projects at the house sometimes and I'm like wtf...but then I remember how little time I have between work and the kids and honestly I'd rather have someone else do it anyway

    Yeah it was a bad stretch. I think both the 14 and 395 are double lanes in each direction now and better patrolled. I'm going to drive down in October or November and maybe catch a Kings game.
