How rare is the Tacoma unicorn?

4 door, long bed, manual. V6 (preferably). How rare is this combination? Is it only for the 2nd generation?

No 2nd gens that I'm aware of

I gave up a loaded 2011 TRD OR manual in black so I could get my current 2015 DCLB. I was a bit jealous a few years later when I started seeing 3rd gen DCLB Offroads.. but im happy with my truck. Literally one of the last 4.0 2nd gens sold in the PNW or possibly the whole west coast

 

Oh the second gen Toyota should have built. 4 door, long bed, V8 with a manual. They would still be trying to build all the trucks that were ordered...
