4wd light blinking

    I have already replaced 4wd actuator on the front diff, as well as the 4wd ecu, and checked all wiring and fuses to do with the 4wd. The light is still blinking and do not know the next step.

    Are you sure the rear actuator motor works? If so, maybe the sensor/switch is bad or has a poor connection. If the locker actuator works but then backs out, it may be a bad switch on the t-case.

    IMHO, the push button tcase actuator are more prone to being defective vs the clamshell. 3 of the one I worked on turned out to be the tcase actuator. Not saying it will fix the problem but try tapping the actuator with a mallet.

    than again, I seen flashing 4wd indicator and 4wd work. On the other hand, I seen the 4wd indicator turn solid and 4wd also work.
