debating on wether to replace it with stock OEM , or should I just go with a black off-road steel bumper ??
I’ll be paying for either choice cash out of pocket if that makes a difference.......

I’ve got a set of TRD tail lights already , just need to get them swapped in . And I’m trying to find a good deal for the back window too . From what I’ve been able to find searching things so far , I guess I’m gonna need to replace the whole freakin’ thing, can’t just fix that one glass panel.....

Talk to a glass shop in the area...not automotive related. They might be able to cut a piece much cheaper. In the midwest I was able to get a window cut for about $60 when used or aftermarket was over $400.

As for the bumper, aftermarket steel will be much cheaper than an OEM replacement (whether new or used).

Whether you go OEM or steel, you will need to get the rest of the OEM bumper off. Post #22 has a good write up. Post #5 has an exploded view of parts.

Thanks for the idea of local non auto glass shops . I've got a few in my area .

Question: When you had your new glass cut , was the install easy enough to DIY ?

I busted the passenger side of the rear window out in an F250 I used to have hauling a 5thwheel camper. I bought a replacement from here and had it shipped to me and installed it myself. It looked very close to factory once done and you couldn't even tell I replaced it. The only thing that was annoying with it was the ford window had black primer paint around the edged that was around 2 inches wide and could be seen inside. The replacement came with no primer on it. I had to get window primer and tape off the same shape and width area to paint so it looked factory from the inside. It's honestly a step I couldn't see a glass shop putting the time into doing if you don't do it yourself. Might look fine with primer just in the areas you are putting glue though instead of trying to match the factory paint.

A good PDR Tech can probably do something with the left bedside dent.

Working on a lien delete for my title…..
I’m guessing there’s more damage than just a missing end cap?

    A buddy of mine works detail/body for a local dealership ( not Toyota unfortunately :( ) .
He says same thing , easy fix . There's no paint damage , just the bent metal.
