I test fit the bushing over my shaft and it won’t slide all the way. The needle bearing has no issue. Has anyone else come across this?

...is it backwards? ...not sure how far it would slide on from that way, as I've never seen anyone 'test fit' it to the axle, but looks like the 'finished' or more 'rounded' end is facing the wrong way?

The finished end is facing the boot as it would be installed in the differential.
