    My goal is 185 by Nov… I'm staying between 1500-2000 calories a day, generally with a fuckit I ain't counting day here or there. Ive only worked out a handful of time since I started this mid-April. The new jobs got me running around a ton and I take the stairs as much as possible lol. Also lug a 35lb steel plate around in my work bag sometimes! I don't see a huge difference yet but my clothes fit better and I can see my dick again! :bananadance:

    My rehab nurse said it best… look back at your life, when you felt your best. What weight were you? That’s likely your goal. It should be a ‘ballpark’ to strive for. Also, BMI scales are shit. You should be calipered for a real reading.
