Initial issue was loss of power steering and then found that none of the belts were spinning. Ruled out anything being seized and found that cam shaft isn’t spinning. Engine starts fine though. Any thought on what’s going on?

Camshaft is definitely spinning if engine starts at all. You sure you’re not thinking of another term?

Crank shaft pulley bad? Is it spinning? If so you have some accessory or idler seized, If not, maybe the crank pulley separated. Hopefully it didn't spin on the crankshaft.

Crankshaft is term I was looking for. Not camshaft.

I pulled all the belts to make sure it wasn’t something like power steering pump or ac that was seized. Still the same issue. Sounds like I should look into the crankshaft pulley.

My strong advice is that if you are not 1000% sure in your mechanical abilities, let the Toyota Dealer replace the crankshaft pulley. There is a horror story on this forum where the crank pulley was replaced at a shop, not a dealer, and they are having to put a motor in the truck. I say Toyota Dealer because if they make a mistake, they have the finacial ability to fix or replace it.

I think you need to take some steps back and make sure you are using the correct terminology for the problem you are trying to fix. Either way, your engine wont run if the crankshaft or a camshaft is seized. I think it would be technically possible for the crankshaft pully to not rotate with the crankshaft, but that some pretty serious implications.

How many miles are on the truck?

Is the inner portion of the crankshaft pulley spinning when the engine is running?
