I’m a function guy. If you need it, sure, it looks good. If not, leave it off. It’s a truck. You just can’t beat that green when you have that color wheel. It’s the only choice.

Looks good on and better security for bed contents, but it’s like a new truck when you take it off after a while!

I agree with @23MGM if it serves a purpose leave it on if not take it off.

The truck sits more level with it on, maybe just a bit higher in the front.

 

Definitely on, gives you double the cargo space and it looks better too.

Speaking from experience

 

Hard to tell on a shorty.

 

Back in the day when I had 50 lb aluminum caps that I could install and take off by myself I switched back and forth as needed. Since going to fiberglass I've had a cap on every truck I owned. They've never been off. Once a year I loosen the clamps and slide them back about a foot to clean the front of the cap and rear truck window.

 

Looks wise, I prefer it off, but toppers still look good depending on the model.

I did consider buying a topper for a brief moment.

 

Depends, if you refer to your truck as a she then take the top off, if the truck is a dude...keep the shirt on.
