    I’m a function guy. If you need it, sure, it looks good. If not, leave it off. It’s a truck. You just can’t beat that green when you have that color wheel. It’s the only choice.

    Back in the day when I had 50 lb aluminum caps that I could install and take off by myself I switched back and forth as needed. Since going to fiberglass I've had a cap on every truck I owned. They've never been off. Once a year I loosen the clamps and slide them back about a foot to clean the front of the cap and rear truck window.
