Torched rearend need shop rec Denver area

A good friend of mine just tore something up in his rear end… he said he was going 70 on the highway and heard a loud pop and lost power to the rear wheels when he stopped he said the differential was smoking

This is a 2wd 98 4 runner

if anyone has any shop recommendations in the Denver area that will do it right that would be greatly appreciated

 

I've taken my truck to these guys for a few things, I haven't been in a few years but they are very detailed in diagnostics and can probably get your friend sorted out.
