I can’t find the adjustment of the parking brake cable, is it under the bench seat? It’s not under the shifter console area, and it’s not under the truck. The youtube videos point to these two places for the adjustment bracket

Please refresh my memory - does the regular cab have a foot brake or a twist brake on the lower dash?

I don't think it should matter either way, as I believe it still comes in under the truck. Take a look underneath, towards the front of the driveshaft, and see if you have the left/right cables entering in through the floor. The adjuster bracket will be right on the other side of the metal from there.

The regular cab comes with the pull and twist parking brake handle to the lower right of the steering wheel. The right/left cables go thru the floor underneath the seat. I might have to remove the seat (is it difficult to remove?)

Not difficult - pop the bolts that hold it to the floor and have a friend help you scoot it out the passenger door (no steering wheel in the way). You can probably do it yourself if you have to, and you don't need to pull it all the way out of the truck - just enough to access the center of the floor underneath it. I do not believe the bench seats have any airbag wires to worry about, but take a peek underneath just in case. They will be YELLOW and difficult to miss. If there are airbags, simply disconnect the plugs and make sure the ends attached to the seats don't snag anything on the way out of the truck.
