Truck has $210,000 mi never been an accident steering wheel has never been taken apart. I pulled over and turn the truck off then I turn the truck back on and started driving and then it pop back on within probably a mile or so. Super scared to drive it I don't know if the airbag's going to blow up or what's going to happen. I did read online that it said to take the negative off the battery and let it sit for a while and that may take care of it also somebody else posted that to unplug something behind the cigarette lighter and that may do it and also I read that maybe use a code scanner and erase it that way. Either way nothing's been taken apart and I don't know if it's referring to that airbag on the steering wheel or the one in front of the passenger side glove box. Thanks for any help

There are "blink" codes that you can activate via the DIAGNOSE plug on the motor. From what I have read is that it is usually the clockspring in the sterring wheel/column as it is the only "moving" part of the system.
