I have the 3.4 v6. When at idle in park every few seconds I have like a dead spot. Not necessarily idling rough. Composer loss that I can tell. Maybe idling a Lil rough in gear. All this with ac on. Ive not tried it without ac and it just started yesterday suddenly.

Check for pending codes with a scanner.

Will do. I dont have a scanner so I'll get one or stop by the parts store and let them hook it up. Thank you

You are at the miles the 3.4 starts to have fuel injectors to fail. For now you are headed in the right direction scanning for pending codes.

I guess I should note the check engine light is not on so will it do any good to hook a scanner to it?

That's why you will be looking for pending codes. They are codes that the computer has detected potential issues but not triggered the CEL. It’s very likely you may not have any but you need to check there first.
