Thanks, I really didn't want to spend $1500 on a dresser but I found with a year of research, you can buy crap for $400 on Wayfair or you can buy decent stuff you will more than likely have no complaints with for $1500 or more. And I really didn't want to assemble any more furniture. It was time to "buy once cry once" I think they say.

They take away all the packaging, they put it where you want, it was worth it.

 

It is really nice

I have all my clothes in the closet on shelves or in some rubbermaid drawers
I can't stand that crap furniture but I don't really have the $$ to throw down for good shit right now so I'd rather just -not-

Plus I like trolling my local "antique" store and thrift store
I got a dresser for my guest room 100$ - all wood, properly made
Lots of good old shit to be found there, I just need to go more often

 

Now that Saturday business is done, time for Sunrise Biscuit Kitchen and Coffee.....and motoGP

I def looked everywhere including craigslist, some mid century stuff pops up fairly often in Raleigh on there. And used is def cheaper. I was living out of Rubbermaid for the last year, I finally said, it has to stop lol

Haha, trust me I don't live here for the politics. I live here b/c it's fucking quiet and the neighborhood doesn't put up with bullshit. I used to live the nightmare that is Cary.

It’s crazy how cheaply made a lot of furniture is nowadays. My bedroom furniture is a set my dad gave me back in 1997….. He had it probably 10 to 15 years prior to giving it to me. Old shit, but in great solid shape! I had it refinished, but I did look to get something new about five years ago. The quality of things made me decide to keep what I have.
