When driving around at highway speeds, >60, I start to get this humming sound. The sound is very rhythmic, about one second on and one second off. Along with a very minor vibration in pedal and steering wheel. This happens whether I’m on the gas or not. Feels like I’m driving on something like this continuously when over 60mph:IMG_8617.jpg
I tried to take a video but it may be hard to hear. I’ll upload it anyway to see if it’s helpful to anyone.

Based on what I’ve researched. Could it be a wheel bearing?

Could be. Bad wheel bearings normally making a growling sound. Jack the truck up and check the bearings, give them a good shake down at 12 and 6 position and then 3 and 9.

Rhythmic noise like that is often the needle bearing

It would be helpful if you told us details about your vehicle, including mileage and if it’s stock or lifted

@Keaton1717 I’ll have to wait until next weekend to jack the truck up and give them a shake. My jack is at my brother in laws house and won’t have it until then.

@545 it’s a 2014 Tacoma Off Road, 4.0 V6 automatic. Just about to hit 104,000 miles. As far as lift, it was placed before I purchased it. I’m not too familiar with what kit was used but it still looks to have the oem Toyota stamped Bilsteins with maybe a leveling kit, just a 1-2inch preload spacer on the front struts. Method 16in wheels with new Yokahoma Geolanders 33s
