So I am not the office type and recently been voted into a recording position for our local council meetings.( Twice monthly). So I’m learning the ropes, well the guy that had the position is insisting on impeccable “minutes” from the meetings. This guy is annoying me to the point that this crap isn’t worth it. The last minutes were sent in his format and his words for christs sake?! What more does he want?! “We need to work on this”” I got in his last email. No, no we don’t. Is what he got from me.

We have a robins nest in our front hedge. Let’s just say things will be a bit different in the spring

    Evening all:

The last time I was behind the lanes, there were still pin boys!

I have a little wren with a nest in a disconnected downspout elbow on my shed, whenever I get near it her and her mate start scolding me, it's fun to watch them carry on sometimes only about 10' from me. I think they're always happy after they chase me away!

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
My dad told stories of being a pinsetter as a kid. When someone would ask if it was noisy, he'd say: Huh?

About 30 years ago, me and a buddy decided to backpack down the Grand Canyon. Stay one night at BA Campground and return up Bright Angle Trail.
We get to BA Campground and found our site in the possession of 3 Wild Turkeys. They felt the camp spot was theirs. We chased them out. They chased back, chasing us out. Went back and forth about 3 times. We waved our hiking sticks - yelled some, charged at them.. eventually we won and got the site. Pretty funny stuff....
Talked to a ranger and he said sometimes they get blown off the N Rim and they simply go down hill to the campground.
I never knew that Turkeys could be so aggressive.
