    it's friggin impossible to get a person on the phone at safelite, so i just made a new appointment, and will wait to see if they call me to cancel it again, and if so, ask for an update then. but it did say limited availability when i scheduled it.

    finally got my new windshield today, 2+ months later. OEM through safelite. they were pretty good about keeping me up to date, once i got sick of trying to contact them myself and just waited it out.
