Im never happy with how soft and squishy, even with replacing all the break components and I mean everything short of the break lines.

I’m not happy that if I have to break hard and I mean hard, I have to essentially stand on the pedal. Versus the FJ cruiser or 3rd Gen taco with its electronic master cylinder is almost extremely sensitive.

I was chatting with a friend and he mentioned that it was the below average pressure being applied to the master cylinder.

What if the master cylinder is replaced with one that pumps more pressure? Is that a thing? Is it feasible?

There are 2 different master cylinders on 2nd gens. One with VSC and one without, the FJ and 3rd gens probably have the one with.

Vacuum booster, with the ABS(actuator) brick on the passenger side.

Yes I read that, thank you.

Yes my truck has the traditional vacuum booster w/abs.

But with 1 what if we replace just the master cylinder only?

I assume the computer would not be able to control it.

I'm thinking your problem may be a bad/leaking brake booster, or worn/poorly adjusted rear brakes. The rears often go overlooked or completely ignored.
