Was sitting at a red light and noticed on the scan gauge temp was climbing up a little got close to 200 wondering if I need to do a coolant flush and as well a fan clutch as the ac gets a little warm as well when sitting at traffic lights. Need some input.

On a hot humid day I let my wife sit in the truck with the engine running and the AC on while I into the store and when I got back the Ultra gauge showed 217* while the dash needle remained stationary. After we got moving the coolant temp went back down to 190*. I did order a OEM fan clutch, but haven't installed it. I also went and bought some AC fin cleaner from the hardware store and cleaned the AC and radiator fins the best I could.
One thing I noticed about the new OEM fan clutch is, it's much stiffer than what's on the truck and it's what I'd expect. The internet says if you spin your fan clutch and it makes three revs, to replace it. I'm not believing the internet as what's on the truck now doesn't even make a half turn and with the new OEM you get a heavy drag but it won't spin freely, it just stops once you remove the force trying to spin it. So far the only thing I've done it clean the fins as I'm thinking when I do the belt and bearing, I'll replace the fan clutch. 141,000 miles on the truck.

    minor tweaks
I did the waterpump, coolant, thermo and fan clutch, the work was tested when I drove it through Death Valley in august @119F. No drama everything worked perfectly. I also notice if Im sitting in hot traffic around a lot of cars the temp will creep up to around 200 if the truck isn't moving. That only happens in bumper to bumper traffic surrounded by cars and truck running just as hot. There's some heat soak that happens in situations like that, Not saying don't do it, but even with the new components and coolant don't be surprised if it doesn't make much of a temp difference in hot slow traffic.
