I need a 4 ft workbench for my spare bedroom to work on train stuff and RC stuff. I'd love a Global Industrial but the prices are totally nuts. I'm prob gonna pick up this WorkPro 48 from Scamazon and have the legs powdered coated a different color.

I'm guessing Harbor Freight don't have much that's great for workbenches.

With the exception of the power strip, that looks oddly similar to the one I got from Lowes or Home Depot some years back.



Remember it being just over $100 and I've beaten the hell out of it.

It's 4' wide and sits at the same height - I bet it's a clone.

Probably so, how long was set up time for you?

 

Couldn't be more than a few minutes?

Just bolts together and I've placed a ton of weight on it. My drill press lives on it indefinitely, but I also toss a lot of parts I'm getting ready to ship such as that box you see there - it's got a bunch of metal parts I cut and bent along with a bunch of other goodies shown there.

 

I got the 5 foot version a few years ago.
