What he said. The small batch is eh…. Tbh the sweet wheat is super weak to me like FLAT, the FP kicks ass, the single barrels are generally awesome. FP is my favorite for sure but the SiB and BiB are both good as well.

Heritage Distillery

 

Replace the alternator on my wife’s car today and it was miserable to put it lightly.

That calls for full t8er tonight.

 

I don't know why it's been 6 months since I've had a drink. Or the fact that I feel like one tonight. Looking through my cabinet why not. Fresh pour

 

Oh man! I’ve been looking for these 2 bottles for like 6 months. How would you rate the two against each other?

 

Very similar. Same proof and very tasty. The Stagg has a longer, sweeter finish. My 24yo son chose the Stagg in a blind.

He chose this one next.

 

Heavy pour for the bottle kill. I really enjoyed bottle. I’m glad Wild Turkey put out their eight year to replace this. Cheers.

Picked up a few bottles of this Bourbon when driving thru NC. Got to meet Brad at the distillery at distillery. They have built a great following. I am not a Rye fan but the bottles I brought back were a big hit.

This followed me home today. I like my high proof ryes, so I’m hopeful this might be something great.

Tonight’s actual pour. My brother in laws helped me crack this open a few weekends ago. Definitely a unique pour. Enjoyable when you want something a bit different. Cheers.
