Ok, so I'm tired of dealing with usb connection issues with the raggedy jbl unit. And I'm looking to replace it. I would like to know if anyone knows of a unit that preferably would fit flush. And a unit that would have android auto wireless, work with a anytime front camera/ rear camera/ steering wheel controls and toyota remote connect. Any suggestions?

From my limited knowledge trailgridpro has well done kits and they offer a Sony and an Alpine that fit OEM like. They both offer larger floating screen options. I am doing my own homework now between the two. Alpine has remote volume knob that can be mounted most convenient for you.
I currently have wireless Android Auto adapter that works really well IMHO, does carplay but can't speak to well that works

Definitely give Trail Grid Pro a looking at. They seem to have the best replacement head units, as well as everything else you would need. I've spoken with them several times, regarding other parts they carry, can't beat their customer service. Answer all of my questions. Good luck
