    About to lose my shite.

New JBA UCAs new OEM LCAs with all new hardware and alignment eccentrics.

Current set up is 884 OME with 5100s on 0. My old stock frozen LCAs = minimal caster alignment resulted in bump steer etc, so I got all new stuff.

Installed JBAs and new lowers, went to get aligned. Followed JBAs recommendations of virtually no camber, toe, and 4.5 degrees of caster.

Stability is way better but now I’m getting a steering wobble at 65 AND when braking at 65. No rotor pulse in pedal. Tried rotating tires; same issue.
Steering wheel is about 11:00 and when you return it to center at highway speeds, there’s a little wobble. And it lighty pulls right. Alignment shop said “radial pull” not buying that.

Tires are getting down on tread but never had an issue before replacing parts and latest alignment.

    Is there too much caster???

Looks great. High caster is only an issue if it’s rubbing on the front or turning radius is too much.

it’s good the shop knows to leave it high

That alignment looks spot on, but it sounds like something else is going on. I totally get how frustrating it is when new symptoms show up right after replacing parts. I would start by triple checking all your torque specs, especially on the control arm bolts, and make sure everything was tightened at ride height to prevent bushing preload.

Also, take a close look at components that weren’t replaced, like tie rod ends, wheel bearings, or even the tires themselves. Sometimes older, worn parts can mask vibration or wobble because the bushings and joints have more give. Now that everything is tight with fresh bushings and ball joints, any existing imbalance or play in other components may be more noticeable and getting transferred through the suspension.

Binding, improper torque, or even a wheel that is slightly out of balance could all cause what you're feeling at 65. I would go over everything again carefully. It's probably something small that was just brought to light by the new, stiffer setup.

These are all great points, especially the part about remaining components being the possible culprit.

The control arms were installed and tightened on a lift, so bushing preload may be an issue.

Tires are half tread with less than ideal wear but very well could be the issue. Rotating yielded the same wobbles.

The tie rods and wheel bearings are original at 222,000 miles.

In hindsight, I kind of wish I just replaced with factory height stuff to avoid post lift drama. I’m about 3k into this front end!

So no real need to reassess the alignment then aside from maybe gettin the wheel straightened.
