Fan Shroud Removal

    Anyone have a video for the proper way to remove fan shroud on 2013 Tacoma w/ 4.0??Thanks!

    Predator tube steps, Ranch Hand grill guard, Magnaflow CatBack exhaust, Toyota tool box & bed mat, 2LO Module by @Up2NoGood, Rearview Compass/Temp Mirror, Tune by @JustDSM.
    Not much to it.

    Remove the 9 push pins along the top cover with a flat screwdriver or other suitble tool.

    Remove the 2 nuts (10mm) holding the top engine cover on and remove the cover.

    Disconnect the overflow bottle hose from the raditor.

    Remove the 2 bolts(10mm) holding the fan shroud to the radiator.

    If you have an automatic I believe the transmission cooler hoses are clipped to the bottom of the fan shroud in a plastic bracket, unclip that from the shroud.

    Remove the 4 nuts (12mm) holding the fan clutch to the water pump.

    Lift out the fan, fan clutch and shroud together.

    So in other words...

    To remove the shroud to gain reachable space behind there, the fan HAS to be unbolted from the pulley
    No other way way around it??
