3" OME lift, heavy coils f/r 3/16" steel skids Modified Coastal Offroad diy bumper 5spd swap ('98 donor)
That is a lot of lift. You should plan on swapping yourbinner cv boots with the high angle/long travel silicone ones. Buy an OEM boot kit, at least one, that way if the stock inner cv boot rips at the tri-lobe portion, you have a spare you can use.

My '99 4runner looked goofy as all hell for about 3 months till I could get home from base to get new tires.

Let us know if they settle a bit after a few weeks of driving. My old man emu 3" lift had me at nearly 4-1/2" at the rear and just over 3-1/2" at the front before it settled at about 3-1/4 and a hair under 3", respectively

    It's 2WD, probably with a spindle lift.
Let's see some pics of that rear suspension @Jakeseth .

I’m hopping the rear settles, it’s at about 4.5” like yours was, the front came stock 3” but can be adjusted another .5” higher, I added a .5” lift spacer on top of the front struts when I installed everything to try to get to the 4” mark but it appears to be there already lol I’m scared to go any higher and yes I have a set of 35’s going on I just need to get one bent rim repaired first and then an alignment, once I have the truck completed I will post a ton of pictures, it’s just not 100% done yet, I still need to install the adjustable panhard bar and I may add adjustable rear control arms to help with alignment as I don’t like the way the coils are sitting on the axel, I hit a 2x6 piece of wood today while going over a bridge doing 50mph and could hardly feel it, fapo holding up pretty good so far lol they tackle daily driving very well.

I'm just looking at the angle of your rear axle link arms... Something ain't right there... Like you need some longer links and/or drop-down brackets to straighten them up more. Hard to tell for sure by the angle of the pic, but your wheel (axle) looks like it isn't centered in the fender either (adjustable link arms might help you center the wheel more, but won't fix bad angles like that).

Here’s how centered the wheel is, rides great, rear was about a 1.5” higher than expected though, I have no complaints.
