Just took delivery of my new (to me) Tacoma on Monday: 2015 Double Cab Long Bed TRD Sport, in Magnetic Gray. 115k miles. Was looking for several weeks, considered traveling out of state to get a decent truck that wasn't all rusty, then this one popped up at the dealer about 10 miles down the road. Carfax was very clean, as is the interior, so I went for it.

I'm very familiar with Toyota trucks & 4Runners, have owned several from the 80's and 90's. Wheeled an '84 pretty hard until the frame gave out due to rust in 2001. Then I bought an '87 that was minty mint, did a frame off, finally sold it in 2017, as I bought a Land Cruiser. That truck is semi-retired and living the easy life in Tucson AZ now.

I'm more of a Land Cruiser guy now, I spend too much time on IH8MUD (over 10,000 posts and counting), but I love my current 200 series, it's a great truck that I've done quite a few mods on.

This is my first Tacoma, and I'm reading as much as I can to learn about them. I do have a few questions for the group which I'll post in the General section.
