P0440 is general evaporative emission system and P0446 is evaporative emission system vent control circuit. So somewhere in the evap system you got a problem, lol

Been down for a couple days after the latest Covid vac booster. Kinda made me feel shitty, anyway no exhaust leaks. Checked that out good. Doing an inspection of the charcoal canister I found I believe it’s the canister evap purge line was split at the end where it connects to the canister. I cut off about an inch of hose and reinstalled it. I’ll drive it later today and update my findings

Have you checked your vacuum line going to the fuel pressure regulator? Make sure that it isn't unplugged or a crack in the hose. That happened to me after my truck had been sitting for a while and took it out for a drive. Started to smell gas especially after I drove it and parked it. I noticed that it started backfiring through the exhaust and I also have a vacuum guage on the A-pillar and the vacuum dropped down from 21 inches at idle to 18 inches, not normal. I took some carb cleaner and sprayed around the hoses and intake and the fuel pressure regulator line had a crack in it. After I replaced it, it didin't do the ricer pop backfire in the exhaust anymore and the fuel smell went away. I am thinking the FPR wasn't working properly with the cracked vacuum line and the computer was trying to richen the fuel mixture because of the vacuum leak.
Just my 2 cents, I hope it helps.

Mine always smelled after some driving but never if it'd been sitting or right after starting it up. So yeah rollover valve or charcoal cannister still seem likely. I think the system may pressurize once the pump starts pumping fuel for a while, if the rollover valve or charcoal cannister aren't letting the tank vent.
