    In my twisted mind:
    A handicap vet pulls in, full size van with a power wheelchair ramp on the side, unfolds the ramp and it is about 1/2 inch into/over the car and puts the ramp up and down 5 or 6 times. Wheels himself onto the ramp and puts it midway down the door and calls 911 for assistance while he waits for irate asshole to come out of store. Now fearing for his life, he holds said asshole at gunpoint with the 1911 he carries under the blanket on his lap until the cops get there to sort it out.

    And hope someone gets it on video.
