Squeak when raining and above idle

Recently changed the serpentine belt due to squealing when it rained. Seemed to do the trick, but recently, when it rains it'll squal upon startup, squeal for about 20 seconds at idle, but then only steal when ram goes above idle.

I'm sure its difficult to diagnose from a video, but anybody have a clue what this might be? My initial thought is a pulley.

Did you check pullies when charging the belt?

Try a bit of belt dressing. While not a fix, it can help determine if it's the belt or something else

 

One pulley had a little wiggle in it and it got replaced prior to new belt going on.

Ill look into this belt dressing stuff
