Here it is 3 years later and the exact same thing has happened to me. Immediately suspected the hypertech; did you ever resolve your issue definitely?

    Update:
I was having similar issues as the OP was having; most of the dash lights on, multiple warning messages coming up and the tach and analog speedometer not working. I took the Hypertech in-line speedometer calibrator out and reconnected the 40(?) pin connector back into the instrument cluster and the problem went away. I called Hypertech and they said to connect to the Speedo calibrator and try to reprogram it with tire size, etc. I did that, reinstalled it in the truck and it seems to be working fine now.

This thread helped me today. As others have described dead tach and speedometer, lots of error messages on the center display and lights with the U0155 code. There were so many lights I thought I was going to have a plentitude of codes as the OP did.

Unplugged my Rough Country/Hypertech and replaced it with another and all is well. Put back the original Hypertech and still all is well. Will look at the wiring later, but I at least know what is going on. Earlier in the day I had disconnected the Engine ECU and thought I had done something wrong in reconnecting it back up - a bent pin or something, nope. That was a relief.

My only thought is the Hypertech overheated on the passenger tunnel/floor - I have an extension cable that allows quick changing of the Hypertech to allow easy changes of tire sizes.
