Mine runs about 1 MPH fast on the highway vs GPS. Putting a slightly larger tire on it would probably make it spot on :)

Pretty sure the vehicle's speedometer does not recalibrate using GPS.

I'm a Falken fan, but making the AT4W a very heavy tire even at SL is rather inexplicable - 53 lbs - a serious WTF in my book. Discontinued AT3W is appreciably lighter.

Now have about 5k on the Nitto G3s in 275/70 r18, SL load. The highway ride is smooth and quiet, balance is perfect. The MPG loss is there and I would say it’s ~1-1.5mpg difference. I’m not sure if that’s because of the taller tire, or the combo of increased diameter and slightly heavier than the OE tires. It’s a reasonable trade off for me even spending 70% of my time on the highway. Off the beaten path, gravel roads, etc., these have performed very well. At this point, I would buy again. We’ll see in another 30-35k miles.
