Welding new kit for frame

    hi all thank you for excepting me into your group.
    I have a very good friend of mine son who owns a older Toyota Tacoma he missed the recall to have the frame replaced. I helped them out by getting him to order the kit to weld over top of the existing rusting frame. The problem is is we don’t know of a Welder in the lower mainland who would be willing to take this on can anybody help me and any help would be appreciated we are in Abbotsford British Columbia

    I think the kit is engineered and doesn’t need inspection after as welded
    But i get it thought maybe someone has done this before thats all
