So I have a rattle on the passenger side and narrowed it down to the glove box . Reaching out to anyone who has experienced this issue and what they did to fix it .

Check the cover to the cabin filter.

Glovebox rattles aren't common on 3rd gen. Make sure the little cabin filter access panel is seated correctly. You can also experiment driving with the access panel removed to isolate the issue. If you have any glovebox dividers/shelfing, remove those, too.

Maybe obvious but totally empty the glove box and put contents out of truck. See if the rattle is still there when you go for a ride.

I also had an occasional glove box rattle that took some time to isolate. It was the organizer shelf I installed where the horizonal shelf laid on top of the glove box end pieces. Simple fix was to put felt pads under the shelf.
