Oh there will be some mods all right
So, as I'm sure most of you know, being one of the first to take advantage of new technology has its teething issues. I posted in here about signing up for the t-satellite service. I was excited to have it specifically for my birthday trip because I knew I would be in large areas without cell phone reception. It ended up being a complete fail and I was unable to send a single text. I contacted customer service today. Finally just got done on the phone. Apparently as soon as I signed up for the service my phone was flagged as ineligible even though it definitely is on the list of approved devices. The guy today tried to remove the block on my phone but was unable to and he said the people he has to escalate it to are not here today so he will have to call me back tomorrow after I am done with work lol. The pains of being an early adopter...

I ran them on the rear of my truck before upgrading my leaf pack, they helped a ton over the stock bumps.
But I have switched to Perry Parts bump stops front and back now. They are massively cheaper and have, I think, a much more comfortable ride.

Nah, they're pretty hardy. They'll stand up to wind, hail, trees....

    Oh wait, it's you...... :bananadead:

Good thing is those shouldn't break anyone. Or anything. :playball:

Back from a weekend in the UP. Smokey. Not many fish. Had fun with good company. Stayed at a friends cabin (mansion really... 1900 mining barrons place) at Bete Gris. Hope it is better up there for Jonathon's trip... Monday is fix the Princess day. Tuesday is train the daughter on where the spare is and how to jump the car we are giving her (2012 Honda Odessey, 145k) Wednesday is workday at Dan's Thursday and Friday are Bike Doctor work days. Saturday... Ah, sweet Saturday. Look out boys I am playing at Tigerton with the Princess.

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
After seeing the bearings and pressing the hubs, I can see now how that could happen.

So… got a look at the truck this morning. Lug nuts were in fact a bit over tight. The axle nut was tight-175 baby. I had some trouble getting the abs sensor back in in Butte. Looks okay but is “bent” and scratched up. May just go get this side and replace it. Out of ideas from there. The brakes work fine as well. Stress!

Hard to see, but the sensor. I cleaned it and the hole some with brake cleaner

No. Light actually came on now. I am going to get the sensor and replace the rubber hoses from the caliper to the hard line
