I had a pour of this last night and felt the same. Just meh. Is your bottle have some flavor right up front but then just flat after that, or just leaves you with nothing?

I opened this bottle the day before I went dry for January. Mind you, I had the bottle for a year or two before then. I wanted to a “special” pour before I went dry. I was instantly disappointed on how bland it was. It wasn’t terrible, just nothing to like or dislike. It truly reminded me of an Ancient Age. It’s like the Mich Ultra of bourbon. One and done for sure.

2 bk’s. RR went to the infinity bottle, the Kentucky spirit was split between infinity and the pour.

The accidental heavy pours are sometimes the best, especially of the toasted barrel.
