I have a 2008 Tacoma and after 17 years the ignition starter switch sticks some. Is it possible to lubricate this with powered graphite lubricant?

Locksmiths' graphite powder works great, but before applying it, I recommend spraying some CRC contact cleaner into the ignition switch to remove any old lubricant or built-up grime from the past 17 years.
