brand new yakima overhaul / outpost direct bed mount hardware

these came in the original set i bought, but i got a tonneau kit, so have no need for these parts:

2 X locking bases
2 X regular bases
8 X clamps
8 X M12 6 65 bolts
8 X M12 square washers
1 X 10mm wrench

everything is brand new -- $100 OBO for everything. can be shipped, but would have to add shipping charge to the cost, cause they're not tiny.
