Can anybody point me towards a resource on safely removing the piece the arrow is pointing to in this photo.
I also can't for the life of me figure out what it's called, it's too little to be a shark fin and it's not an antenna.
Do I need to go up under the headboard?
Trying to vinyl wrap the the roof and I've got to get that thing out of the way. Screenshot 2025-08-07 at 7.53.33 PM.png

Yes you will need to get under the headliner. You don't have to remove it completely; just mostly the "back portion" so that you can pivot the headliner down enough to get a tool behind it.

Removing the back portion of the headliner is involved though as you have to remove the door weather stripping, plastic trim, unbolt some seat belts, etc..

Damn, that's unfortunate. I was hoping it would be an easy job. Does the piece even serve a purpose? I see on other models it was for more technological components like satellite radio and what now.

*Edit: Looks like it's because my model came "Sat Ready," but was not actually wired with satellite radio. Damn it.
Thanks for the reply and the info!
