    165k miles, 3.4v6, double cab. Don't know when the valve's were last done if ever and I'm starting to hear a ticking noise.

    Had a 5VZ-FE (3.4 V6) with 313K - I never had to adjust the valves, just changed the timing belt (and water pump) every 100K.
