That's hilarious! I've known Wuffa (Lowell) for more than 30 years. We worked together at Rhino and are both fairly serious woodworkers.
    Small world!

Welcome! Have any pics of the new ride?
Youll learn a lot about these trucks on here, so far the community is quite strong from my limited time on the site.

I spent several hours yesterday doing a reasonably deep clean. I pulled the front row seats, vacuumed, shampooed the carpet, then cleaned and painted the seat mounting brackets before bolting it back together. There was a touch of rust and 20+ years of grunge on them. The window rubber had a lot of dried moss and tree needles to scrub out. Once clean, they look pretty good. I don't think I'll need to replace them for a while yet. Later in the day I stopped by my favorite Seattle upholstery shop (Rich's Custom Upholstery), to arrange a driver's seat rebuild. The leather is ordered and replacement foam sorted. It won't be inexpensive, but Moe and his crew do a great job. Everything is more costly now.

Very cool, doing all those little things is quite satisfying. Lets us know of the results of the seat rebuild/reupholstery.
