I haven't planted a Veggie Garden for the last 4 years due to the Crazy Heat and the Monsoon Seasons that haven't been showing up, This years Monsoon hasn't been bad, But we get a few days of decent rain and then we get a week of 105 to 113 degree weather. So much for the Rain.

    Working now a list
I park my 2017 outside and have a car wash pass at a quality car wash.

I run it through weekly in summer and sometimes more in the winter as it has an under body spray.

My truck still looks great and the fame looks great, no major rust.

I would be careful and only use a quality car wash not the ones that have the spinning brushes that scratch.

I'm not worried about the paint on my 18 year old Tacoma. But I'm a little worried about the brushes getting caught on the roof rack on the shell. I use a long handled brush and do the Tacoma by hand a couple times a year whether it needs it or not.

The newer vehicles I have passes at the local car wash for as many times as I want. Usually, 2-3 times a month but more if necessary.

It is a truck and not a McLaren.

Full service car wash stops usually 1-2 times per week ( I have an annual car wash subscription). No issue with scratches or wear for 2+ years on Barcelona red.

Truck is waxed twice a year with Meguiars synthetic sealant followed by Turtle Wax Seal and Shine spray.

Big old dish sponge, a bath towel and dawn. Good waxing every year. 160K can't see a bit of difference from new. Oh yeah my driveway is dirt and a good 1/8 mile long.

Dawn dish soap - that is ( as I understand it ) not good for the top-wax and/or clear coat.
I used to use it until I read up on it -

Yes, dawn will strip waxes and sealants. A gallon of dedicated car wash soap or wash and wax soap doesn't cost very much.

i have a monthly subscription at the local drive thru.
I can vacuum and use some provided towels and compressed air if i want.
been doing that since i got this truck. she stays clean and i can wash as often as i like.
I used to hand wash everything and spend real money on fancy products when i was a young man. i got other things to do, but i like have a clean truck. It takes me just about 5-10 min to get through it depending on the line and usually run through it on my way somewhere else.

We got those all over here in Phoenix too. I take advantage of the vac and compressed air and damp towels but have
never gone through the wash. I saw a Ford F150 come out of it today. I should give it a go.

I use it to clean windows, it's a great lubricant for the squeegee rubber to glide on.
