    My city floods every time it rains. This is when all the mall crawlers come out and drive around making a wake in the flood water. Mostly the wranglers with all the rubber ducks on the dash, and the brodozer crowd looking for attention.

    It further pushes flood water into businesses, homes, and floods out other vehicles trying to navigate sketchy roadways. Good times
