My city floods every time it rains. This is when all the mall crawlers come out and drive around making a wake in the flood water. Mostly the wranglers with all the rubber ducks on the dash, and the brodozer crowd looking for attention.

It further pushes flood water into businesses, homes, and floods out other vehicles trying to navigate sketchy roadways. Good times

 

They need to put up some 'No Wake Zone' signs in that neighborhood!

That is a man whose wife has been after him about why he spent so much money on the truck when he lives in a city. Doesn't matter what stops working 6 months from now, he will get to point this flood out as justification forever.
